This wine shows beautiful and elegant tropical fruits like yellow apple, pineapple, peach and hints of lime on the nose.
A positive mineral aftertaste, complemented by a long finish makes this wine a serious Chenin blanc with good aging potential.
It’s the perfect companion to soft and semi-firm cow’s milk cheeses, such as triple-cream brie, Gruyere and cream cheese.
